BEFORE YOU BOOK
FAQs
How do I reserve my date?
Once we confirm availability and details, your date is reserved with a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer of $100. Dates are booked on a first-come basis, so I recommend reserving as soon as you’re ready.
How far in advance should I book?
Most brides book with me around 6 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season. I recommend inquiring early to secure your date.
Do you travel on-site?
Yes — I travel directly to your venue, hotel, or getting-ready location so your morning feels calm, seamless, and stress-free.
Is there a travel fee?
Yes — travel is charged at $1 per mile round trip from my location to your getting-ready venue.
For example, if your venue is 25 miles away, the travel fee would be $50 round trip.
Is there a minimum booking requirement?
For Friday through Sunday weddings, a minimum of three services is required — for example, bridal hair plus two bridesmaids or family members. Services include any styling for the bride, bridal party, or guests on the wedding day. Weekday weddings have no minimum.
How long does styling take?
Bridal styling typically takes 60–90 minutes, while bridesmaids and additional styles usually take around 60 minutes.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please have clean, fully dried hair on the day of your appointment unless we’ve discussed otherwise.
Do you offer bridal trials?
Yes — bridal trials are highly recommended. They give us the opportunity to perfect your look ahead of your wedding day so you feel confident and completely prepared.
Do you work with veils & hair accessories?
Absolutely. I’ll carefully place your veil and any hair accessories to ensure everything feels secure, cohesive, and beautifully finished throughout your day.
Clip-in extensions are available to rent for $60, perfect for adding length and fullness to your wedding day style. You’re also welcome to use your own extensions; just let me know ahead of time so we can plan around them.
What is your cancellation policy?
Retainers are non-refundable, as your date is held exclusively for you. If your wedding date changes, I’ll do my best to transfer your retainer to the new date, subject to availability.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the wedding date may receive a refund of any payments made beyond the initial deposit.
The $100 deposit is non-refundable and cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date will forfeit all deposits paid.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the event. I accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp & Apply Pay.
